Santa Claus is Coming to Town

Hi Bambino, 

Your Daddy and I were talking this morning about how EXCITED we are to find out if you are a Bambin-o or Bambin-a in a few weeks!! I seriously can hardly wait! I'm dying to name you, decorate your room, and shop for you!! I think you are a boy, but your Daddy thinks you are a girl? We don't have a preference either way, we just want you to be healthy and happy! :) 

I wonder if your brother asked Santa for a brother or sister? ;) l'm pretty positive the only thing your brother was asking was to get off Santa's lap! Haha. He didn't seem too happy to be in the company of the jolly little man even though we told him he was going to bring him lots of presents. Beats me?

Tis the Season!

Hi Bambino, 

With Christmas fast approaching, things have been crazy! Holiday performance's, decorating, and shopping have kept us quite busy! This is your mommy's FAVORITE holiday and I am trying to soak it all in before it passes me by! I am so excited for you to be here next year, it will be even that much more special!

Jax LOVED helping us decorate the tree! It was really cute! He would hand us a single ball at a time until they were all on the tree! He did not stop the entire time we decorated both trees! Per usual, we jammed out to Christmas music while we decorated and we all boogied-down! Next year you will be here to boogie with us! Eek!

Surprisingly J has no intention of removing the ornaments from the tree, as we were scared he would. Instead, he says lots of, "Oh no's" when an ornament does fall off. He is always happy to put it back on the tree. :)

We decorated for close to two weeks! I have a lot of decorations..and we took a lot of breaks. :) I still have empty boxes that need to be put away! During one of our breaks we snuck away to go Christmas light hunting with your Granddad, Tine, auntie, uncle, and cousins. Brea has the greatest neighborhood that decorates to the 9s. It is fun to walk to bundle up and walk the streets as a family!

Of course your brother wanted to roam freely the entire time. He was very upset that he couldn't because there were a lot of cars driving through the neighborhood. You can see him trying to escape in each photo..little turd! :)

Growing Bambino!

Well my sweet little Bambino, you are 15 weeks and 1 day old! Growing SO fast! Although they are long overdue, I have included my 13 week and 4 day progress photos below...

I am pretty much having the same symptoms and cravings as I was with your brother which makes me think you are a boy?! Your Daddy and I can't wait to find out!!!! Our appointment to find out is on 1/4/17. It will be the best new year present! Counting the days!!!

HAPPY 14 WEEK WOMB-DAY BAMBINO!!

I can't believe how fast the time is going! Only 183 days until I get to snuggle you! Yippie!!!!!!!!!!!

On Saturday we got to see you and it made our day!! You are seriously SO stinkin' cute! I must have said, "Our baby is so cute" about a hundred times at our ultrasound!..The nurse was probably thinking, ok lady, we got it! But I didn't care, I will shout it from the roof top a hundred more times! Your little profile made me and your Daddy melt! You are ADORABLE! And of course, your heartbeat was music to our ears! We are very proud parents!

After, we went over to Gaga and Papa's house to visit and share your photos with them, your aunties, uncles, and GG. We ate pizza and watched all the kiddos run around.

 Your brother was tuckered out after playing with your cousins, Health, Hudson, Tristan, Travis, Torin, Tyler, and Tatum, so he knocked out as soon as we got home!

In other news I felt you move for the first time on November 23, 2016! We were lying in bed and I whispered to your Daddy (Jax was sleeping) that I felt you, but he didn't hear me because he was sleeping too. Womp womp. 

I felt you moving SO much yesterday too!! It is SO amazing feeling you flutter around in my tummy! I think you were dancing to the Christmas music that was playing in my car! Like mother like child children (your bro loves to dance too)!

I am excited for you to join in on our kitchen dance parties in 183 days!! Until then, continue practicing in my belly..your Daddy is always up for a battle! 😁

Thanksgiving

Well Bambino, another Thanksgiving came and went and I am happy to report that I stuffed our bellies as expected! We hosted it at our house this year and I am still cleaning up!

 It was so fun to get everyone (well, almost everyone) together to celebrate and grub down.

Weekend Happenings

Hi my little Bambino! 

This weekend we laid low and hung around the house. I didn't feel too good unfortunately, and stayed on the couch most of the time. Well, I "supervised" your Daddy while he checked things off of his Honey Do List.  :) I felt a little dizzy and my stomach felt yucky. Just a side effect of cooking a baby, and worth every second! So, me, you, and your brother snuggled on the couch and watched movies (namely, Toy Story, and Minions..his fave!). 

He had a rough time at his first dentist appointment last week so he had an excuse to snuggle all weekend with us. 😉 Although he just had a routine cleaning, you would have thought he was getting a root canal! Needless to say he did NOT like his experience!..I haven't told him yet that he has to go back in a couple of months. 😐 

Before he knew what was about to happen. They even gave him a pair of shades to distract him..did not work! 

Not happy! 

Don't let your bro be the example! The dentist isn't bad at all! I actually like going. Dentist visits never bothered me, even when I was little!  It is important to keep up with regular visits so you don't have crusty teeth! No one likes crusty teeth..your future girlfriends or boyfriends will thank me later! Your Mommy is big on teeth, always have been, always will be! I even wanted to be a dentist when I was younger. Jax would probably cringe at that thought! Lol

One of  Jax's favorite things to do is touch the ceiling. It always puts a smile on his (and our) face! Your brother loves being thrown around by your Daddy. I'm sure you will too if you are anything like your brother! I love the thought of seeing you all running around the house roughhousing with your Daddy! 💜💜💜 I can hardly wait!..What else I can hardly wait for is getting to see you on Saturday! We have neonatal ultrasound and we are SO excited to get to see our little Bambino! Counting down the days!

Here We Go Again!!!

I'm Baaaack...

..and couldn't be more excited about it! Baby Dean #2 (!) coming soon!!!

I am elated, and SO very grateful, to have a new little bambino growing in my belly! For some reason, unknown to me, I have called you my bambino from the moment I found out you were in my tum..just seems to fit! :)

Well my little bambino, you are TWELVE weeks today! I cannot believe how fast the time is going! Between work, home, and your crazy brother, I haven't had a minute to breathe!..but, I wouldn't have it any other way! :)

Your Daddy and I couldn't be happier to welcome you into our family! We are already daydreaming about you and counting the days until you are here! I think your brother is starting to realize that you are in my belly because he will say, "baby," and kiss it (open mouth kiss of course!)..melts me every time! I  can't wait to see the two of you running around together! My heart is warm just thinking about it!
